The Volume Weighted Average Price helps identify price location and market direction. Use VWAP as dynamic support and resistance, watching for acceptance, rejection, reclaim, or loss. Combine VWAP with market structure, RSI, and volume for trade confirmation.
RSI Framework
Use the 96 / 70 / 50 / 30 / 5 framework to understand momentum, balance, weakness, and potential exhaustion. RSI is information, not permission. Wait for price action, VWAP, structure, and volume confirmation before entering a trade.
Volume Framework
Volume confirms participation and conviction. Look for volume expansion to validate breakouts, breakdowns, VWAP reclaims, and reversals. If volume does not confirm the setup, stay patient. No Volume, No Trade.

Extreme Momentum / Exhaustion Watch
RSI at 96 or above signals extreme bullish momentum and potential exhaustion. Do not short based on RSI alone. Wait for price-action reversal, VWAP rejection/loss, and volume confirmation before considering a short toward 70 or lower.

RSI at 70 or above shows strong bullish momentum and a potentially extended market. Do not short based on RSI alone. Watch price action, VWAP, market structure, and volume for confirmation of continuation or reversal.

Decision / Balance Zone
RSI near 50 represents balance between buyers and sellers. Above 50 can support bullish momentum; below 50 can support bearish momentum. Use VWAP, price structure, and volume to confirm direction.

Weakness / Oversold Watch
